The cable front raise targets the anterior deltoids through shoulder flexion. It helps improve shoulder strength used during pressing movements and many everyday lifting activities.

Exercise Instructions
- Set the pulley to the lowest position.
- Attach a handle or straight bar.
- Stand facing away from the machine.
- Hold the attachment with your arms in front of your thighs.
- Raise your arms forward until they reach shoulder height.
- Pause briefly.
- Lower the attachment slowly.
- Repeat using controlled movement.
Tips
- Keep your elbows slightly bent.
- Lift with your shoulders, not your back.
- Maintain an upright posture.
- Lower slowly.
Common Mistakes
- Leaning backward.
- Swinging the weight.
- Raising above shoulder height.
- Using momentum.
