Exercise Instructions
- Attach a straight bar to the low pulley.
- Stand upright holding the bar.
- Keep your arms straight throughout the movement.
- Raise your shoulders as high as possible.
- Pause briefly at the top.
- Slowly lower your shoulders back to the starting position.
- Repeat using controlled movement.
Tips
- Lift your shoulders straight upward.
- Keep your elbows straight.
- Pause at the top.
- Lower slowly.
Common Mistakes
- Rolling the shoulders.
- Bending the elbows.
- Using excessive weight.
- Rushing the lowering phase.
Warning:
