Exercise Instructions
- Secure the barbell in the landmine attachment.
- Load the desired weight onto the free end of the bar.
- Hold the end of the bar at chest height.
- Stand with a stable stance and brace your core.
- Press the bar upward and slightly forward until your arms are nearly straight.
- Briefly pause at the top.
- Lower the bar slowly back to chest height.
- Repeat using controlled repetitions.
Tips
- Keep your wrists neutral.
- Press along the natural angle of the bar.
- Keep your core engaged.
- Maintain a controlled tempo throughout.
Common Mistakes
- Pressing too quickly.
- Hyperextending the lower back.
- Letting the elbows flare excessively.
